I have always preferred buy.com for the ease of the website and have used them since the late 90's for tech stuff. Amazon is mostly a drop ship reseller (they take your order and place it with another company who then ships directly to you with Amazon's labels) from my understanding and I think Overstock is a gray market buyer similar to TJ Maxx/Marshall's. They all seem to have solid reps and are not "fly by night" operations, so you don't have to worry about them not being around after they take your money.

In a recent online store review in one of the PC magazines (either PC Magazine, PC World or Computer Shopper),I saw that newegg.com was voted #1 for online computer stores for price and service, but I have not bought from them in the past. I would check to see which is offering the lowest price for what you are looking for and you should be okay.

Amazon.com - the original & best........ provided you don't order a webcam off them being sold on there by TARGET (ordered one for a friends birthday present end of August, and still ain't dispatched the sodding thing).
+ their "Amazon Associates" affiliate program is the best on the Internet, alongside Google AdSense (especially now with the aStore feature, that let's you put together a storefront of Amazon's products on your website).
