Well unplug the printer first. I would try to poke him out first with something softly. Otherwise, just turn the printer upside down and shake it..making sure he'll land in his cage or somewhere softly.

Unplug the printer first before you start poking it.

Then I would take the printer and put it in the bathtub (make sure the drain is stopped up). The hamster may not be actually be stuck, but may be hiding. Put the hamsters favorite food in the tub where he can smell it and leave it. Hamsters can't get out of bathtubs so he should be there in a few (or several) hours eating the food. (position the printer so he can't use it to climb out of the tub.) You can leave him to his own devices and check back later

If that doesn't work (if the hamster really is stuck) then get out your screwdriver and carefully start taking the printer apart. Or you could always put the printer in a box and get the professionals at the Geek Squad to look at it (I'm sure it will make their day). Come to think of it, it might not be a bad idea, I can't imagine that hamster pee is good for the inside of the printer.

If the hamster escapes the printer (or the tub) and disappears into the house, get a stockpot and a strip of light carboard. Place the cardboard over the mouth of the pot and put some pellets (or a treat) in the center. Make a staircase out of books so he can get to the top of the pot (on the outside). When he goes to get the food the cardboard will collaps under his weight and drop him in the pot with the food. He'll still be there in the morning when you check.

Hope this helps

Call your parents, call a vet, or take the printer apart (very carefully) with a screw driver. You might destroy the printer, but at least the hamster will survive.

You could also try using some food to lure it out first.

Good luck.
