I have a friend who has schizofrenia and depression and takes very strong medicine. It is very difficult to be friends with that kind of people for many reasons.
So one day the situation had gone too far and I couldn`t stand it any longer! So I decided to stay away from her and wrote a message saying "I`m so sorry but I cannot stand it much longer, I have to say goodbye".
But later on, after about one week I came back to her and apologized, cos I couldn`t stand the quilts.
And it was then were she said "AFTER ALL, MY LIFE IS IN YOUR HANDS"
Then suddenly I realized that someone was holding on to me so strongly and depends on me very much. She won`t let go unless she dies. Maybe this is the strongest grip of all times.

I'm holding on to the memories. They're what keep me warm at night because I know that I don't really have anything else. It seems like the words of others don't really help. It's just like I want to scream at the world 'SHUT UP, IT'S NOT GOING TO GET BETTER'. I know it will eventually. I know one day I won't have to try so hard to just breathe and get on with my day. I know that I'll one day look back on this and smile wistfully. But for now, I'm holding on. I'm clinging to those memories because they... they are the only thing that makes me feel alive. Actually, I don't even feel alive. I am simply breathing.

I have held on way to long in the past. Now I am being held onto. I feel as if I am drowning in their misery. It's hard to let go and even harder to be let go of.
