Steve Foley was shot three times just 8 games prior to the first game this season. Chances are, he will take a long long time to get back into near the physical shape needed to play. Should the Bolts just drop him?

THey can't. that would be public suicide. Luckily for them they can place him on IR and they wouldn't hardly have to pay him anything and he won't be counted as a member of their 53 man roster or 9 man practice squad. What little money they would have to pay him means nothing to an NFL team. The chargers won't drop him because that would be screwed up and unnecessary.

Well considering he got himself shot by acting like an *** they should have at that point. Doing it now though may make them look bad.
