My gynacologist told me that shape of my uterus was C shape, whereas most healthy women's shapes of uterus were U shape.
Does it mean that something wrong with my uterus in terms of shape? As gynecologist was busy with examining other patients at that time I visited her, I could not have chance to clarify this issue. If anyone is familiar with this issue, please answer my question. I really appreciate for your kindness.

I believe that means your uterus is tipped...I have one.....You might have a harder time conceiving... I did but it all worked out for me......She should have taken the time to explain to you............especially after saying something you never heard of before..................Don't worry!!!!

I found some information on a T shaped uterus, but nothing on a C shaped one. You should call back into the gynecologists office and tell the front desk that you have more questions about your recent visit. They may send you to a nurse or midwife to answer your questions. That way they have your medical file and can refer to the doctor's notes while answering your questions.

No. they won't be able to tell your mothers and dads except you provide them permission to. except you're unwell or the wellbeing practitioner thinks you're in instantaneous possibility, they are in a position to't tell your mothers and dads something. once you circulate to the gyno you always get a pap smear. you will lay down on a table such as your feet in stirrups (to maintain your knees aside and your legs out of ways). The wellbeing practitioner will positioned a speculum (apparently like a duck bill) interior your vagina, open it up, and swab your cervix with slightly brush. It would not harm, in spite of the undeniable fact that it somewhat is uncomfortable. After that, each little thing is taken decrease back out. many times, he will insert 2 palms into your vagina then and press on your abdomen to sense your ovaries for irregularities. generally my wellbeing practitioner does a breast examination for the duration of the comparable time! do slightly analyze on it. it extremely is a good situation! tests for a pair STDs, maximum cancers, cysts, and so on.

If your doctor does not make time to discuss your concerns you need to find another doctor.

I don't think so. A "C" is basically a "U" turned on the side anyway.
