is there a patch or an update for vice city for pc that will give me new misions and something like that

I do not believe vice city has any patches or updates. But there are player created modifications (mods) that you can download and use to expand vice city (like new content). Though you should be carefu asl to what site you are downloading from or you may get a virus : ( Also, be sure to check the feedback and comments of a mod to see if it is working. i've got a patch that is made by darinoos soft in my country IRAN. it adds 5 new and very interesting missions to vice city , but i dunno how to send it for you, because its about 15mb and uploading such a software to iternet in IRAN takes about 10 hours !!!!!
