I'll be down in March as a Civilian visiting a freind from High school...what is there to do?

Why not do Basic Training? JOKING.
No, there are other non-army activities you can participate in.

Each Neighborhood Center on the base offers the amenities listed below:
Community Room
Computer Room
Pool
Fitness Center
Indoor Gym
Lounge/Media Room
Playgrounds
Picnic Area
