I remember watching a comedy years ago with my dad - it was a cowboy and indian film and at the end the indians traded something for cases of whisky and ended up really drunk - the last scene was the witchdoctor on a horse facing its tail and he got knocked off by a tree branch - it was hilarious all the way through but i cant remember the title of the film - can anyone help as i would love to see it again?????

I can't remember the exact detail you describe, but, from the drunken indians, it sounds like it might be "The Hallelujah Trail".

I hope thats right.

Your description sounds a bit like "The Hallelujah Trail", with Burt Lancaster, Lee Remick, Donald Pleasance and Martin Landau , playing an indian. It is about a wagon train load of whiskey, with various poeple trying to seize it, including indians in a sandstorm. Does that sound like it? ,

Dude, we don't call the elders "witchdoctor", we call them Medicine Men. Besides that, I would love to see that movie. Sounds funny to me.
