hey girl! dont be nervous. im answering this question as im a dancer too. just dont think of anything but for ure steps and stay focussed and concentrate on ure dance moves. just dont think abt the result and go ahead with it. you kind of cant help feeling nervous but dont let it get 2 your head. And REMEMBER : always give the best of youre smiles and turn the nervousness to a great feeling once ure on stage and go about with ure performance.

I just had a competition last weekend except i was there for 3 days and i did 10 team numbers, 3 soloes, and 5 modeling. Make sure you stretch before you go on and work on your balance. You should just practice until then and make sure you get ready early so theres less stress the say you go on. good luck ♥caitlyn

My daughter used this just before her ballet exams. It is completely natural and will not harm you at all but will help with the nerves.

i don't really understand how this is a question but just relax and dance from your heart. if you forget some of the choreography on stage, just make it up. only you and your teacher know you messed up, so don't make it obvious to the judges. remember: dance is supposed to tell a story through movement. make sure to dance your heart out and remember that dancing is more than just kicks and turns.
