away from anatomy, there aren't..
the differences are social, how boys and girls are brought up in a society, how they are tamed to fit the image of a "man" or a "woman", they are taught which roles to play, little boys for example play with guns, cars, etc.., but girls play with dolls, baby dolls, make-up, so they are prepared for their futuristic roles, there was a study about a boy who during birth the doctor accidentally cut off his member, so his family for the next 20 years raised him as a girl, dressing him as one, treating him as one, he grow up to be completely "a woman" very emotional and domesticated ..
i think it would give you a clear idea how we are brought up could adjust us to what we are later, try reading "the other sex" by Simon Des Beauvoir, peace

Scientific American had a pretty comprehensive article a couple of years ago about this. All summaries are based on generalities and so naturally there are exceptions on both sides.
As I recall:
Men and women navigate differently.
Men and women communicate for different reasons.
Men and women differ in linguistic and mathematical ease. (note: this is not the same as saying not able, just differs in the effort needed)
Men and women differ in the way they connect memories.
There were more. All were based on brain structure differences and there was no net advantage to one or the other. As it turns out, the most advanced science supports "Vive la Différence". Instead of squabbling, it is time for real teamwork and let the strengths of each person contribute to the greater good.

There is a very interesting book with the title: why men don't listen and women can't read maps. It explains differences due to evolution, genes, .... maybe you can find in the internet an abstract before buying it.

Anatomty moulds the mind Girls learn to be more careful of themselves .Since they are weaker after menstruating they are sensitive to the needs of others. Moreover there are chemicals in the brains of girls which support wavy thinking .Which makes girls good at arts and language. While boys brains are geared towards fstraight analatical thinking .which is why boys are better at math than girls

Hormones.
You want the most accurate answer to that.
Ask some gays, you'll gets some very accurate answers.
Some gay chicks are butch. Very manly. Others are very feminine and happen to prefer chicks.
Some gay dudes are girly. They flame, Think Jack on Will and Grace. They like frilly things and get their feelings hurt very easily.
Other dudes are rough and like, what they call bears. Furry men.

there are many innate differences that are not explained by nurture but by nature. i think the time you really learn this is when you are a parent. you see that even though you really don't treat your children that much differently, they act and react very differently. from a very young age, for example, girls are more verbal,.
