I read that about 70% of preganancies are unplanned or accidental, if you will. When people do something that they didn't intend to do, regret is common and understandble. So in the case of parenthood, if you could do it all again, would you still have children?

good question. I was just thinking about this. I had a child while using birth control. The father ended up being a horrible person and when I think about going back in time knowing what I know now, would I have slept with this guy? I actually get emotional only because I know that there is no way that I would sleep with him except for the fact that I have this son who is now 8 yrs old and you have no idea how much I love my son, I thank god for putting that bad person in my life so that I could have this child that means everthing to me. His smile is worth more to me than a million dollars, literally.

This is a question that is largely based on if you have faith in something higher than yourself and your believes. If you do, then you can probally see that the fact that you had children when you did wasn't just left up to both of you... but someone else upstairs had a minor say in the matter.
If you don't then consider this... If you could live your life again and you didn't have children ... would you? I think the grass is almost always green on the other side. And ultimitly it's not what other people believe but what you believe and how you reconcile yourself with it.

Yes, of course, my kids are the best thing that happened in my life, although it is not easy having the responsibility of children but they are really the light in my life.

Without a doubt!! Children are the greatest gift to man and the love I have for my children is like no other... it is the ultimate gift in life!!

yes i would definitly have children as i was very strick mother the first time now iwould like to be more friendly and less strick

I'm a father to a wonderful 16 yr old daughter and I thank god that I have her........would never change that.
