keep your right hand on your heart,feel your heart beat,i am teeling you a story you have never heard,love was discovered in the jungles of africa by a human being who was being chased by a mad elephant he was running for his life and he suddenly saw a tiger coming from the other side ,in front of the tiger was a helpless young girl asking for help,the tiger was about to tare her apart , the young men had two options to leave her that way and run away to save his own life he turned around and asked the elephant please excuse me for five minutes,the elephant agreed, the young men then fought with the tiger and saved the young girl,seeing his bravery the elephant said i will spare you, the young girl and the young men then set on the elephent and started moving towards a beautyfull greenland with a river passing close to it,on the way the girl smiled and asked the young men who are you ,he said i am the men who discovered love,my name is sonu the great.she fell in love,they stayed happely ever after.

It is God that first loved mankind and desired a relationship. (John 3:16-17) Love is the underlying drive in most people. The search for love seems endless within the human race, throughout the ages. The Bible defines God as being the completeness of love. Love, as being defined by him, is demonstrated in his character and personality.

Interesting question.
God knew love before there were people and God eventually became a person, so you could say God.
But if you want to be technical, Adam was a person who knew God's love before God became a person.

love is invented by a race called humans,it varies in different circumstances,love is not only restricted to humans it also has a strong chain among animals,so as whole love is divine,its god's one of precious gift he had given to his creation called humans and all other living forms,these are very few qualities all living beings share in these world.
