Egotism, perfectionism, and stubbornness and only major vices when taken into their extremes. For instance, everyone has a degree of egotism; it is the substance required for individuality. But when people get to wrapped up in themselves, they begin to lose sight of their potential because they believe everything they do is better than everyone else.
Perfectionism is another prime example. The desire to better oneself is essential to self-improvement, but if one carries it too far, they become so obsessed with perfecting minor details that they lose sight of the goals they set for themselves. Standing up for what one believes is good because it expresses assertiveness but when taken to the far extremes, it becomes stubbornness. Racism is self explanatory, it is nothing more than a warped "lenses" that its believers see out of and is a weakness in that they rely on it to assert their authority and, generally, to disguise insecurities.
Two other major negative attitudes would be revenge and power. Revenge because it leaves the avenger twice as empty inside (eliminated the target of their fury so all motivation becomes nonexistent) and power because it deters all other ambitions in humans in their single minded quest to control others.

In my opinion, the latter three traits that you mentioned are all extensions of the first. Racism evolves because we identify with a certain in-group, and we think that the members of that in-group are better than those of an out-group. Perfection is unable to be realized, but we, in our arrogance, think that we can achieve it. And we are unwilling to compromise with people because we know that we are right. We're egotistical by nature -- we have a very narrow, self-centered view of the world. Ultimately, we're trying to do what is in our own best interest. While this human trait is certainly the cause of many problems (religious warfare, oppression), it has also produced a few positive things. Some of the greatest minds have been egotistical, arrogant, and stubborn.
I know I'm totally ripping off of the movie Waking Life, but I would add both fear and laziness to the list. We're afraid of change. We're afraid of basically anything that is different. (This also feeds into racism.) If we weren't so concerned with self-preservation, we could make faster leaps and ultimately accomplish a lot more. And laziness is basically self-explanatory. If everyone had the work ethic of a Thomas Edison, we would probably be a lot farther along than we are now, socially and technologically.

Egotism and racism, I definitely agree, though perhaps "prejudice" would be broader and more effective than "rascism." Stubborness, unwillingness to change, yes, I can see that too. Perfectionism I'm not sure about. I think something along the lines of greed and want needs to be in there too.

Homosexuality, Feminism.
Homosexuality- "Mommy why is those two men kissing?"
- You get the point, homosexuality is ripping up our society, and tearing the fabrics of morality.
Feminism- [female name goes in here]: "Go and cook dinner and clean the house!"
- You seriously get the point... Divorce rates are through the roof.
