A scavenger hunt at a mall, invite 11 other girls, give each girl $100.00 in a Visa Gift Card, have them draw straws to make six teams of two, points for cheapest item found, number of items found, and most money left on the Visa at the end. Winners get to keep 3 highest value cards, 2nd place next two highest value cards, 3rd place gets next highest value card, other six cards and items bought are then taken (with the girls) to a local homeless shelter for families, and the stuff and the six other cards are donated personally, as a group, by all of the girls to the girls in the family shelter.

i am an 11 year old girl so i probably no about some of this and all my friends are around that age and a lot of them ate thirteen so she probably wants a cool band with all her girlfriends and boys so a pool party or a suprise party would be nice but she probably would definetly want a cool band her friends,boys,cool drinks cool food definetly positively there must be boys there at her age boys are very important but again a suprise party or pool party would be a good idea if u go with a suprise party her close friends could be a big help

that all depends on what is available in your area. We use to have a roller rink and that would have b day parties real cool. Now all they can do is go to the bowling alley or the movies.
If you going to have it at home. My 17 year old just had a sleep over with 4 other girls.

We've got a friend who just had a limo (another friend owns a limo company) pick girls up at school and take them for a pedicure. A smaller scale would be less girls & more services (pedicure, manicure, facial, etc.)
Good luck, at that age they're sometimes fickle.
