XOM has raised their dividend about 8% annually for the last several years except for last year when they raised it more than 10%. I do not see any reason that they would not continue to do so. Look for at least 3 cents increase a quarter and possibly as much as 5 cents. If I were in their position I would raise the dividend even more, at least 10 cents but they will not raise it that much.

That's a good bet. The company just posted record profits, and has increased it's dividend annually for three decades.
