on espn thay said the college basketball team that won the national championship ( from the superbowl teams quarterbacks college) that team won the superbowl.......I guess that makes sense?

No, because McNabb didn't win it in 2003 when Syracuse won the NCAA Tournament. It's not a reliable stat at all. And Grossman can't be confused for a good QB, and I don't see him winning it this year (Grossman is from the University of Florida and they won the NCAA Mens tourney last year).
