Totally! I agree with you. Considering that it is displeasing to the eye, people still do type in that manner and I don't know why. Maybe they think that they look cool (yeah, right) when they type in such manner. But they haven't thought that other people would really think that they're too immature! Really, they have to consider this because it is annoying.

I hope everyone who reads this would pass it on. You don't want to read eye-displeasing texts L!kE +h!$, would you?

I hate it when I see people complain about the way others type or spell. We seem to forget that just because some people do not type or spell real well it does not mean that they should not participate in forums. Please try to remember that not all people have the advantage of a good education. If someone types in a way that bothers you just don't read it.
