No, the question is, which one DIDN'T come first, the chicken or the egg?
I think the chicken did, since chickens are descendents of the T.Rex, A T.Rex accidentally gave birth to a small helpless chicken.

Easy! So very easy! It is the egg. You have to look at it a few millions of years earlier. Single cell organisms divided to make copies of themselves.
But Nature/God (whichever you choose) decided that there would be much more diversity among a "critter" if we shared genetic ideas within many differnet "critters" of the same animal.
This is why we have all sorts of different dogs in this world.
This is also why there are many different races in this world.
Nature/God figured out that making many different variations of a
theme, helps it to survive.
One might fail why others do not.
There once was a thing that resembled a modern chicken.
This thing might have given bith alone. With no partners.
Some women I've met might think that is a good Idea!
That's because they met me!
But God/Nature found out that you get a much better genetic
sample if 2 are involved.
You get a 50/50 sample.
Bad genes end, good genes live on till a better one ends it.
There are still many things that don't use this partnership.
Look at the flu virus. It takes untold copies of a virus to make a change in itself. I would dare to say that it may take millions of trillions of a single flu virus to mutate into a different flu virus.
If you have the flu right now, there are milllions of them inside you
right at this moment making you sick. Most of them are identical.
I dare to say that if the flu mated the way we do...
There would be nobody around to have to have the flu.
So, to fix this problem of having millions of trillions of chickens (or whatever the single dividing pre-chicken critter is) God/Nature
decided that it is much better to 50/50 the work and get a much
more diverse selection which have an infinate better chance of survival than the single "critter" that took soooooo long to diversify.
If the chicken came first, we would be up to our necks in them right now!

Chickens evolved from reptiles.
Therefore, reptiles came before chickens.
Reptiles lay eggs...thus the egg came with reptiles, or before.
Therefore, since reptiles came before chickens, and since eggs came with reptiles (or before them), the egg came before the chicken.
Thus solving the age old question.

The ROOSTER of course, is the one who "came".
But seriously, the egg came first. By a LONG shot. Even dinosaurs laid eggs.

Depends who you ask
Mourinho - Actually neither, I'm the special one and I came first
Benitez - They were holding on for a draw as they are both small and insignficant, like Everton, so it doesn't matter who came first
Ferguson - They both did very well but the referee never gave them a chance and turned a blind eye to the constant fowling
Wenger - I didn't see it, so I can't tell you who came first
