If so, what were they?
Why did you make these goals for yourself?
What will happen if you succeed?
What will happen if you fail?

More importantly:

How is it going?
Did you give up?
Have you revamped them at all to make them more achievable?
Is it helping you the way you wanted it to?

As for me, I wanted to quit smoking. And I DID it. I quit shortly after the first of the year, when I ran out of cigarettes. So far my sanity isn't lapsing.

I did it for many reasons. I was getting sick with bronchitis...again.

Cigarettes went up in my state by over a dollar a pack, regardless of brand.

My mom died in December from COPD, a chronic lung condition...pre-emphysema...from smoking.

I knew that I was coming to the end of my safe zone with smoking...that I was pushing it, after 20 years, to think that I wasn't going to permanently damage my health if I kept smoking.

Yay for me! And yay for goals! And YAY FOR YOU!
