shiny and glossy means ur very clean honestly i think thats a not bad...you should buy those oil sheets in the drugstore in the makeup or the isle with the face creams to blot out the oil or you can buy tissue paper and put some in ur backpack or pocket and use a little as needed to blot ur head..or u can buy talcum lotion bath and body works has this stuff its lotion but powder u gotta get it that would work too ...honestly i think u should just rock ur look as is

Why not try a mattifying face lotion or toner on your head? If that stuff can take off the shine from someone's oily greasy nose, or forehead, then I'm sure you can use it on your head. Go to a drug store and look, Clean and Clear, and Neutrogena have some great ones!

Not sure, maybe baby powder? A thin sprinkling of it, then rub it in real good so there is no sign of the powder?

What's wrong with a nice shiney bald head?? I bet you are freakin SEXAY!!!

Cheers!

You can find in naturist stores rice paper for oily skin. It comes in a little block. They are natural, small, and come in different tones depending of your skin color. You will see that the cover of the tiny block has the face of an Asian woman.
Good luck!

Sorry I was going to say baby powder. My man uses that. No shine.

My only guess is trying a makeup primer... a good one. 'The present' by Philosophy is pretty good, but it's not exactly cheap. If you want to go cheap you'd have to use powder. Sorry.
