But will Macca have the courage to do it???

He should. But I doubt that whether he has the gut.
World Cup showed that Gerrard and Lampard can’t play together in the middle.
With Lampard in the squad, Macca has to put Gerrard out to the right, while Lampard can’t do anything as a attacking mid-fielder for England. Gerrard still scores goals even he’s playing out of position.
Why don’t simply put Gerrards in the middle, and Lennon on the right as a winger???

You're having a laugh, Steve "no balls" McClaren dropping Lampard ? Not gonna happen.
Pity that English football will have to endure another 2years of mediocrity before getting rid of another incompetent manager

He might have the nerve to do it, but he shouldn't. He is just too good of a player.

If he does, I hope G Barry will be the replacement. Can't think of anybody else better.
