more persons are not a good impresion about that discipline,is a good form for jogging ,to combinating running with walk and is verry complex forme to moving.outside of that is a verry funny sports,and in world exists good performances too.

I prefer walking in a marathon. I once jogged in the L.A. Marathon and found speed walking to be so much more exuberant!
