1. Your body is perfect.
2. It looks exactly as it should. It is the result of everything that has happend to it up to now since long before you were born.
3. Your body will adapt over time to how it is treated.
like if you start lifting weights, at first it will be hard and you will feel sore, but if you lift wieghts over a long period of time, you body will change and it wont be as hard. you will be stronger.
4. Practical advice: if you dont allready, get a bicycle and use it instead of your car. if you have one that fits, and have a pump and patch kit, chain lube, bike multi-tool, fenders ,and a good light and a blinky and armwarmers and a good windbreaker and panniers or a comfy backpack, you can use it exclusively. you will look and feel great. it will be hard at times, but it will get easier. and you can make friends who also like to ride bikes. bike+iPod=heaven
BTW a helmet isnt a bad idea. also get good stuff. it's worth it it will last spent at least 6-8 hundred bucks on the bike (if it's new) alone and a few hundred more on al the stuff. sill way chaper than a car and better for you.
5. It takes time. relax. whatever you choose to do, make sure it is enjoyable and practical. and you can do it alone or with people.
some thing you can integerate into you life to make it better. number4 was just one idea.
6. Your body is perfect NOW. it will change over time (nomatter what) but at no time is it anything less than perfect. it is the only thing in the world that is truly yours. and it is yours to take care of. It will serve you, and grow into how you treat it. so do fun stuff and it will adapt to doing fun stuff. the first steps out the door are the hardest.
7. smile
8. wake up early and go for a walk.
9. drink water!!!
10. If you read all this, you will enjoy your life and become you you wish to be.

My recommendation is count your calories and shave them down by keeping a notebook of everything you eat along with the calorie count of eac item. It sounds obsessive, but in the long run it allows you to keep track of how much you eat and what you eat, allowing you to eat smarter (and with less guilt!) Extreme dieting won't work (been there, done that), but eating healthier on the long run does! Eating 1,500 calories a day (but at least 1000 so that way your body can keep up its fat-burning system) will ensure that you still enjoy life and look healthy. Hope this helps and good luck! Just don't forget that hyperthin is overrated, and you should lose the weight to feel better, not look like a skele-model.

Simple answer just eat half the amount of food u are eating
now and it will come off.Push away after u have eaten half.
U will be hungry at first, so drink alot of water with every
meal and it will help fill u up. Give up the sodas for awhile
this will help too. Once u have taken off alittle weight, u might
think about walking or getting some exerise to help with
tightening up what u are loosing.

Stay confident, and don't try any crazy or extreme diets!. Walking is great exercise, you can even get in more steps just by parking farther away from the mall entrance when you go shopping! But do what makes you feel good..I like walking and pilates, some people like running and cardio, grab a DVD at target/wal-mart with a couple work outs on it and see what works best for you. As far as meals go portion control is a big factor, everything in moderation =]

All natural way... Eat healthy foods and make sure you eat until you are satisfied not until you are 'full'. Snack on foods through out the day.. Exercise daily.. whether it be team sports, running, walking or whatever.. Keep your fluids up and try and stick to water and low sugar drinks.. Make a goal and when you complete it set another one.. Dont slack off. ..when you go some where that there will be food available eat before you go so that you dont give into those nasty temptations.. Have fun.. And if you are old enough have sex because its fun and it burns heaps of carbs making you lose that weight.. treat your self a bit... Good luck.. xx.

losing weight is not as tough as everyone seems to think....it CAN be done, and you CAN do it, it just takes patience. The weight isn't gained overnight, so it's not going to come off overnight:) The best way that i have found for me to lose weight, and it works for many others, is to cut out ALL bread, rice and potatoes, eat smaller portions...a portion should fit in the palm of your hand, and then start off with some exercising, say starting to do some walking:). Remember, that calories do count. I was plump once and got it off, you can get your weight off too:) Good luck!

Google the grapefruit diet. It works but only as a head start. You can lose 52 pounds in 2 months but its on you to keep it off cuz you can gain it back if you don't continue eating healthy and exercising afterwards. Its a great way to get started!!

start a tradition with something you love, like running, or going to the gym, because i can garuntee that excercising makes you feel better! and if you can get to a good place were you burn mega calories a day, then you want even have to watch what you eat. unfortunatly us most americans dont have that really fast metabolism that is so desirable.

weight watchers is great if you have a structured schedule. it requires some planning and some discipline (like any weight loss program) but it works. I've lost 18 pounds on it. the great thing, you can literally have any thing you want. no special foods to order! it forces you to make better choices for yourself though.
