The makers of my favorite scent removed it from the market last year but I bumped into a store that still carries it,can anyone tell me if it is still smart to buy it?

The water can evaporate and they can get very, very, sickeningly strong! I had a bottle accidentally stored in a closet for a year, and the contents was reduced to 1/4 inch! And it was toooooo strong!

Most of them will lose their scent or turn rancid but the better ones do hold for years and years.

ya unopened scents lose thier frangrance or they have pungent smell after a particular period cos they are make with the help of some chemical which are not harmful but do have the tendencies as they grow old........................jus like how are medicines expire ...................got it i hope i answered ur ques..
