I think you mean 'Royal Jelly'.It is quite expensive and is used in cosmetics as well as in some medicines.

It is royal jelly. This is what is fed to the queen that makes her live for years versus a couple of months like a normal bee.

It is so labor intensive to extract royal jelly that very few commercial bee keepers in America extract it. Most of the royal jelly sold in America is imported from China or other countries where labor is much cheaper.
