When he is home, focus more on his needs and a bit less on the children, if this is possible. It seems that men need to feel needed and wanted by their wives.
Based on my experience, my marriage works because we give one another space but plenty of affection. Men like action more than words, so show him love by these actions:
1. When he comes home, bring him his preferred beverage.
2. kiss him
3. Bring him the remote control for the television and encourage him to relax.
4. Refrain from talking about any worries or troubles you may have until at least he's had dinner.
5 Most importantly, TAKE THE INITIATIVE AND MAKE LOVE TO HIM OFTEN ( SAY 3 TIMES/ WEEK)

It is dificult.
I'd ask my spouse to try and find another job so he would be at home more often.
I would definitely find a hobby to fill some of the time.
I would have friends over more often

well, look at you re self, how did you get him?do you have anyone to keep the kids one weekend. you need this just as much as he will. Friday get someone to watch the kids and go to the body works store?that would be the beauty shop.then make reservation
for two at the restaurant that you both like.come back to the hotel
and have some Victorian secret on and then go to work. making him feel like the man he was 5 years ago. and making you feel
like the women that you know you are.marriages need tune ups

Nothing if he doesn't care enough to make an effort then he is getting what he needs from a female co-worker I no you don't believe me but watch what happens.Someone told me the very same thing and I said not my husband he loves me and the kids.Well I found out the hard way not only was he cheating but he had been for a few years.I knew nothing about it just like you don't now.

Write him love letters, call him, call him and leave him dirty messages, call him and tell him that you're missing him, email him cute pics of yourself and the kids, email him dirty pics of you, and NOT the kids! Leave him little notes in his car or suitcase...Be creative! Send him flowers at his hotel, lots of things! Have some fun with it! Send him a sexy outfit and a note that says, "this is what I'll be wearing when you get home...can't wait to see you big boy" :)
Give and you will receive. Men love this and love returning the favors to their wives. Have fun!

May I suggest, Finding the LORD (Assuming you have not) "TOGETHER" and prying about it with the LORD. He can and may bless your marriage in ALL aspects of it.
I believe the LORD comes first. And the rest will follow.
