Sad to say,,,, he is doomed forever inside that trap,,,,,he got his chance outside the trap to get another kind of cheese which will not get him inside the trap,,,,, but he chose the easy cheese.

No. He's had his fill for now and doesn't have an incentive to go anywhere. Once he's hungry again, he'll follow the same paths he followed when he got the cheese before. He won't leave the trap unless he looses his appetite for the cheese.

nope chances are he will be eaten by the other mice while he is gloating. mice are cannibalistic if put in cramped spaces.
