That seems about right. On any standard ruler the smallest line marks a millimeter and 66 micrometers (µm) is 1/66 of that. So that would be 66 X10^-6 meters and 66X10^-9 kilometers.

The u looking thing is called micro and is a greek letter means millionths. A human hair is between 1 aand 5 thousandths of an inch, some someone has given you way off info. Borrow a micrometer from a shop class to prove it.
