Sly has said he made Rocky Balboa cuase he was very disappointed with how the Rocky 5 had turned out. It had driven away from the roots of Rocky therefore he said he will be making Rocky Balboa to rightfully end the series with a BANG.. The new rocky has been declared A HIT and therefore he said he wuldnt make a new rocky

No. Rocky Balboa which was released at Christmas was the last Rocky Movie. Sylvester Stallone said that was the last Rocky movie as he has now has come full circle. Fighting Apollo for the championship to the end coming back to fight after he has retired from fighting.

Rocky Balboa just came out a few months ago and it was so sad. I loved it. I thought it was rediculous to do another Rocky movie, but it was very well done.
