Hi, I've heard abt certain gemstone that helps you be more fertile. Has anyone tried? If yes, which gemstone? Anything to conceive :-).

I'm a gemologist, so I can tell you that there is no scientific evidence that gemstones do anything for fertility or for anything else (love, relationships, concentration etc). Crystal healing is also controversial, but I'm a "soft scientist" so I'm open to possibilities.

I was 34 when I had my son. That's OLD where my in-laws are concerned! Before that, I tried for 6 years with no success. We'd just about given up when I got pregnant in Dec 2004. It was weird! I think it's just luck, but prior to getting pregnant, I wore a lot of nephrite jade and jadeite jade. Did that help? I don't know! But I sure felt good wearing jade and maybe THAT helped psychologically and thus, physiologically.

Good luck! You'll get there somehow!

It depends firstly on whether you believe in Crystal Healing firstly but the stones you are referring to are Rose Quartz and Moonstone.

Rose Quartz is the stone of love, all types and it is connected to the heart chakra and assists with healing especially matters pertaining to the heart and love and has protective qualities especially in Pregnancy and Childbirth.

Moonstone is the stone of protection and it is also associated with the heart chakra. It is especially used to protect during childbirth and Pregnancy.

I have a friend that swears by crystal healing but like I said before it just depends on your personal beliefs, I don't believe it is a fix, just an assist. I always try to balance out medical and holistic as I believe they both have their benefits.

Let's put it this way... if you have blocked tubes, trouble ovulating, or low sperm count, to name just a few, no gem is going to help you... If it helped someone it was either because they didn't have a problem or because their problem was stress-induced and this reduced the stress...

Sorry. There's no magic that disappears fertility problems.
