I suppose the question is ..why did you break up in the first place ? and who did the breaking up ? and what reasons were behind the break up?
She may have gone out and slept with someone else because she was on the emotional rebound of breaking up with you ....dosent make it right, and she probably feels terrible about it, but she wasn't technically with you anymore ,( though giving it a bit of time between the break up , and seeing someone else may have been the better choice).
However when people are feeling emotional about things they do stupid stuff sometimes . I think it would be better to examine WHY you broke up in the first place , and can it be repaired ?
If so , then I wish you the best of luck , if you are both willing to work on it , it could work out ~good luck :-)

At least she had the decency to break up with you prior to hopping into bed with the new guy.
She could have just cheated on you and lied about it.
But if she broke up with you to get on this other guy why would you take her back...whats to stop her from doing it again?
