To tell you the truth I think you should tell her that you don't feel comfortable talking to her about what is going on behind close doors with her man. especially all the details.

Ask your friend why she keeps talking about it? Maybe it is not the b/f problem but hers? because she can't except the fact she has a b/f with a small penis? Is she upset about it? then tell her to get a new b/f or tell her to go and buy herself a vib. It is not your problem or even the b/f. it is your friend who is insecure and seems a bit selfish to keep bringing up the subject...
