You already had relationship with the other man that’s why you have cheated your husband what else relationship you are looking forward with this man? Do you mean to say now that you have already cheated your husband & have taken/got or due to take/get divorce you want to marry this other man? If this is what you are asking then it will be for this other man to see how much faithful you will remain even with him if you already cheated your one husband because of your relationship with him & not you to see if you will be able to have relationship with him or not.

Yes, but my husband had cheated on me for most of the 20 years that we were married. I started seeing someone else just for fun.
I finally got divorced after 20 years and married the man that I was cheating with. I never intended on him being anything but another fling. My husband and I had seperate bedrooms for at least 2 years. We were waiting for our kids to graduate.
I ended up leaving my husband and moving in with my boyfriend. We've been together for 7 years now, and married for 4 years.
When I started seeing my now husband, I knew there was nothing left for me and my ex. I honestly never thought I'd fall in love with my husband.
Once a cheater, always a cheater is not true though. I would never have cheated on my husband if he hadn't been cheating on me for years.
I have never cheated on my current husband and boyfriend for the 7 years that we've known each other.
Meanwhile, my ex has never had a serious relationship for more than 6 months. What does that tell You?
I love my husband and feel loved by him. At this point I don't have any intentions on cheating on him. As long as you make each other feel loved and wanted, you should never worry about the other wanting someone else.

Wife's sexual intercourse/s with other/s is no offence in any Indian Law, however that male may be prosecuted by her husband and by none (including police) else. Her husband may get divorce if proved, yet he has to maintain her till her remarriage even if she is fearlessly engaged with other males. A girl's premarital physical (sexual) relations with others is also no offence and cannot be a ground to seek divorce. ... Some (commonly known as fundamentalists or orthodox) blindly believe and have firm faith that all unwed sexual relations are grave sins and heinous crime against the society punishable with publicly lashing/death by pelting stones. They follow and practice such outdated ideology even in this 21st century uncaring all criticism from every corner. Others need not be influenced with the teachings and commands they are following.

You know lady, thats all in the past so its OK. Like i''ve heard so much before on this forum "be grateful for you past experiences because it's makes you who you are today". So just focus on the special thing you sare with that dude now and it will all come together.

I've seen a very meaningful relationship come out of an affair. I just wouldn't want that hanging over my head though.

if you are still with your husband then no, it not possible at
all, but if you are divorce from him. then anything is possible
but just be careful, you know the saying, you reap what you sow
and the grass may not be as green on the other side of the
pasture.

If you cheated on your husband with him, that would indicate you already had a relationship with him, eh?
