That would be great! I'm in Spain right now which means the Super Bowl starts at midnight. I can't imagine how incredible getting up Monday morning after about 4 hours of sleep will be. Super Bowl Monday, the next International holiday.

actually, i think that super bowl sunday is too much of a drunken holiday to begin with. imagine: spending the entire weekend gearing up for the big game, then your friends stopping by to watch it with you (so you can show off the new HD big screen tv that you bought for yourself on a credit card for your christmas present to yourself), boozing away the hours as the toughs knock one another down. rather childish, i think. and they get paid so much money just for falling down!

i've heard all you fellas hollering and yelling for touchdowns and yardage gains. i've watched good men cash their paychecks on the sly to put money into the hands of bookies rather than to put food on the table. and all for the reinforcement of this idea of how men love to fight so much, due to testosterone.

you know what i really think about it? i think that for 2 years, everyone should boycott all the ball games. and why is that? because, honey, don't you know that the players' salaries are so damned high because of how much advertisers pay to get a 15 second commercial slotted within the game, and how much they pay to advertising companies just to come up with that one winning commercial that they rarely, if ever, show again?

and you people do not know that all those costs are padded into the prices of the products that you buy on the measly salaries you make. it's gotten so ridiculous, grown men buying seats at $1,000 or more, just for one damned ball game!

it is time that the normal, everyday person can afford to go to a ball park with a child without having to pre-purchase tickets at totally outlandish prices, as well as having to have at least $200 in the wallet just to buy all the doo-dads that go along with "going to the ball park!"

pooh! it would be much better if our society were to go european and that way, families would be tighter and center on more important things than blowing all the money on ball games, ball games, ball games!

i recognize me some Sunday football, yet i extremely imagine the NFL needs to make the flow to Saturday for the Superbowl. yet when it really is extremely that major to you to omit the day after the SB, then put in for the day off in strengthen (like I do!).

No.

The super bowl is the biggest waste of money, why should it be responsible for wasting even more money.

ie. if its a holiday you still get paid by your work.

No it shouldn't. I'm getting tired of everyone wanting everyday off. Try just not getting drunk, or if we truly are going to give the next day off I guess we will need to move it to Saturday.
