It's a horror movie with a lot of funny gore scenes about a person that kills lots of people with a different "weapon" each time. The funniest thing he uses is an eggplant and when he's about to kill the girl he says "do you like eggplant?" I think he killed this girl in a parade float.
Each time he kills someone a cow bell rings and a number goes up on the screen counting every victim.
I know it sounds really cheesy but it's so funny I want to find it again.
