Dads fertisizes mums egg through sexual intercorse and the egg implants in her womb. It takes 9 months for the baby to grow and develop, then he/she is either born through the vagina or surgically removed via a caesarian, which is a cut in the mothers lower stomach.

well heres what happens.
when a mommy and a daddy love each other very much the daddy puts his groceries in the mommys trunk. then the mommy starts getting fat. it last for 9 months b4 her tummy is real big. then she goes to the hospital and a baby comes out of her....... pee pee. thats how it works kid. now go talk to your mom about the groceries part.

Babies are created by the God in the tummy of mum (mum become pregnant), because at the beginning they are too small to live outside and they don't have nose to breath and no mouth to eat, when they grow enough to live outside they come out of mum's tummy ( they born, mum give birth).
