well considering america is a developed country and we do not have border security because our governments are so corrupt nothing can be done. the only thing that has been proven effective is shooting on sight. i know it is barbaric according to most but it does work. america funds israel to have a border security fense rigged with mostion sensors,. barbed wire, border patrols with in every mile, and ditches. you can not get past those. also include check points every where. if america can pay for these people then they can pay for it over here. they just do not want to. there for if you think that corrupt poorer countries are going to patrol their borders accuratly you are sadly mistaken.

I would guess border security is not the #1 concern in developing countires.

instead of investing in wars invest in defensive walls that would put everyone without work a job then we should work on cures for diseases and cancers we make sure evenone is kepted warn an feed. that would just about do it.
