I am 17 years old, I finished high-school a semster ago and I am planning to move to Texas, and start college by next semester. I wont be 18 until november.
Is it legal for me to move into an apartment by myself with my parents permision and approval before Im 18??

it really depend on where you live. but why would you want to
move out when you will be leaving for school, that would be
more money that your parents will have to pay for aptment
for a couple of months, when they really dont need to, you
can use the money for a aptment when you get to texas.
or school.
