not very close

My mother and father are both dead. I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters who I communicate with at least weekly and sometimes daily. We are very close. Also very close to my neices, nephews, children, and grandchildren.

very close to all. we talk and laugh often. I talk to my parents several times a week, tell them I love them at the end of all converstaions., talk to my brother couple times a month, would be more but he lives farther away than parents do, I miss him too. we vacation together every summer, close to my 4 kids too. talk to them every few days for the two that are on their own and the two at home daily about almost everything. My hsuband is out of the loop though, he is in hisown world.

I am very close to my sister and my mom. But not to my dad and my brothers. But I have been getting a little closer to my dad.

Very close to mom and sis, no bros, and my father well I think my entire life I have only seen him a handful of times and we've spoken 20-30 times (I'm 34)

mother and father- very close, like, I live next door to them!

I played pool with my elderly father tonight, I did it for him. When your parents get old it is your duty to try to make them happy with regard to the basic feelings in life. I think elderly people have the same emotional needs as young people but they lack the drive and spirit to live life to the fullest. Personally, I don't depend on others for emotional support, I instead interact randomly.

My family is very close. We're a sarcastic bunch of people, whom love to laugh and joke, but are always there when needed to help anyone out. I feel very blessed to have such a loving family.

Mom- Really close, although I do hide things from her.
Dad- Not close, I think he likes to pretend I don't exist.
Brother- Not close. We tend to avoid each other, but will help each other when one of us needs it.
Sisters- Not close, especially the younger of the two. I hate her.
