PGDBA stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration
PGDBM is Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management
Both the courses are Diploma courses connected to Management Studies
They are referred to as either PGDBA/PGDBM depending on the type of University from where the diploma is recieved
The same program in post graduation degree colleges are referred to as MBA/MMS depending on the state board and university with whom the colleges are affiliated
