i absolutly LOVE the name brooklyn!! its one of my favorite names! i think its cute for a girl as well as a boy. If it was a girl, you could call her Brook for short...

Everyone woman I have known who had the name Brooklyn is constantly being asked "are you from Brooklyn?" and usually the answer is no, then an awkward silence. Brooklyn is an awkward name that invites the same question over and over again. The name Brooke or Lynn is fine IMHO.

I LOVE the name Brooklyn. I have a 20 month old cousin named Brooklyn Faith. We call her Brookie for short.

I love Brooklyn. A friend of mine has a little girl named Brooklyln and a little boy named Braxton. I think they are both cute names.

Brooklyn is my all time favourite name for a girl!!! We had Brooklyn Kate picked out, but naturally we had 3 boys so it didn't get used!
Our boys names are Blake, Tyler and Brodie (so obviously we like them!)

Oh my gosh... I thought I was the only person in the world that liked that name. I am going to name my daughter Brooklyn Mackenzie. If I have a boy I am going to name him Jonathan Lee, but I also like the name Keegan.

Brooklyn is cute, but she will be nicknamed Brook. If you like that that is a good name too. Jaden seems to be a good name for a boy.

I love the name Brooklyn, thats what i wanted to name my last daughter. But hubby didnt like it so we agreed on Ashlyn Grace. If we would have had a boy i liked the name Jayden Christian or Payton.

ok you need to pick a name that is decent or at least what tis world expects it to be because now theya re not highering people that have names like Cythina and Dessire and ect Brooklyn is a cute name though But for a boy well Jonathon Hector Anthony

I don't like Brooklyn as much as I like Brooke (with an "e")
