I remember a news report saying they discriminate, and with all the controversey on their opinions of sex and physical appearances, I'm wondering if you have ever seen a person working there who didnt fit the Abercrombie look. I dont shop there myself. And if you want tell me your opinion on it

Consumers feel better about spending $70 on a pair of jeans if the sales person looks like a model. Most consumers are puppets. Think about the people that are buying Abercrombie; mostly teenagers and young adults. They think if they buy crap from Abercrombie and Fitch they will look as hot as the people that sell it. It's called commercialism and it's the American way.

NO! they do not.In fact, when i was in the mall, actually shopping in the store; now I do not forget the fact to mention that I am straight (I like homosexual poeple too! (NO! not that way.)). Anyways, like I was saying. This man's face was atrocious, or grotesque if you will. And he was actually working on the floor. So eah, thats a lie. Maybe the stores in which you have gone into havehad some pretty superficial hiring managers. I dont know, just a thought.

yeap thats one of those requirements that came from the top, sellers or associates is one single face of the whole company, Abercombie is not one of those kmart, walmart or Tj MAxs, Thats a company that makes an outfits for the middle-high medium class of ppl, just imagine how would 50 year old housewife would fit in Versache dress??

They make the "uglier" ones work in stock. A friend of mine who worked there told me this. I think people who work at Abercrombie are corny. Many of them act like wanna-be models.

Human resources everywhere ususally hire people of similiar qualities that will benefit the company., therefore, it is quite possible that this store only hires pretty people because beauty sells and these employees represent the company.

idk personally i think that the girls arent that pretty there they all look fake and the guys arent that hott looking some of the time either. its just the models that are hott
