Sarah is better - Sara is nice, but looks unfinished - like someone was in a hurry and forgot to add the last letter.

Sara to me seems like someone always on the go and Sarah with the "h" seems more soft. But to me personaly I love Sara!

Sarah has the slight edge. Sara just feels a bit unfinished, and I can't help wondering "oops, did I misspell that? is it supposed to have an h?"

Personally, I don't think it matters. But most of the Sarah's (or Sara's) I know spell it S-A-R-A-H.
