Tv. production?

I i went to college for tv production, what could i do with this degree? and how many years does it take to be a journalist?

Depends on the scope of the class. If you only learn how to produce, then that is what you would be qualified to do.

The broadcasting program I took taught everything from writing to master control. Because ot the broad range of topics taught, everyone got to learn many of the different aspects of television. I chose to go into writing and producing, some people chose to pursue on-air careers. Each of us had to start in small market stations and then we moved up as we became more experienced.
