Where can I find very fine chain by the inch or foot in black aluminum?

I've tried ebay, but I can't seem to find anything smaller than black chain with links sized 3.5mm x 6mm... I'm looking for something even smaller than that. Perfect size would be 2mm x 3mm!

Try Small Parts, Incorporated, and possibly McMaster-Carr, the industrial supply company. Both have web catalogs; use Google for a proper search. You might also have some luck with S LaRose, the clock parts place, which also has a Web presence. I suspect that the aluminum will be the tough part: brass or steel are more standard.
