the story is not true i agree, its based on the serial killer Ed Gein if anyone ever saw the original one made in the 70s with the director commentary they would know...!!!

Do you know who Ed Gein is?
Hes proof this did happen.
Ed Gein died way before the 1980's...

Ed Gein wasn't a serial killer. He only killed two people. He was a grave robber mostly.

It did not really happen...
I am from tx and it did not happen, she is right... i have looked it up myself...
It is based on a real serial killer, but it is not a true story...
