Were the colors of the 70's cooler than today?

back then furniture was more wild colors

depends on what part of the 70s you are talking about. the early 70s was more wild and had cluttered looking patterns, the late 70s had darker cooloers with less patterns.

Heavens no!
But, on the other hand, it appears that the fluorescent colors from the 80s are starting to make a comeback. I think I'd prefer the 70s colors over those.
