I am verry shy with making new freinds but i am really open to my old freinds. I really want to make a coupple of good new freinds but i cant seam to do anything about it. In my mind i can picture my self just going to say hi to them but in real life i can.
Can someone help me?

Smile, be nice and friendly and it should work out well. I'm sure you're a beautiful person and people would love to talk to you so I recommend you to try it. They may not end up being your best friends but if they do then great!

have you gone to Friendster and other such sites. It might be easier to start off online, that takes some of the pressure off
