Well... talk to them seriously that you don't want to be in a relationship now, tell them that you need the time for your own now, that you wanna feel the good time with yourself. Maybe you say that you get over it, but i know deep inside you still can't forget what happen last and everytime you think of it, it makes you don't wanna be in a relationship with boy now... But, don't you ever scare/trauma in a relationship with a boy just because this one boy that ever turned you down, there's lots of boy out there that one of them might is your soulmate...

The readyness factor varies from person to person.
