My truth is this, There is no single truth to life, everyone has their own truth, and for them that is the only truth, as such we must respect one anothers truth as sacred. Whomever or whatever you choose to follow: Christian, Muslim,Scientology, Darwin, your parents, nothing; so long as your truth is to not negate anothers life, and that compassion is at the center of your beliefs, all should be respected as holy.

Philosophically there are two possibilities. Life is a video game written by someone else, and you find out the score when you die, or its all natural and real and you have to look at reality to understand reality.

In the first case there are many claims to the nature of the video game, none are provable, and any or all could be wrong, so there is no action reasonable. So reality becomes the only reasonable option.

Fortunately reality is self verifying, you can come at a problem from a dozen directions and still get the same answer. by focusing there it pays dividends as things learned from one place turn up as useful someplace else.

Over time it builds great wealth that no thief can take, and the only wealth you can take with you. If it turns out you are going anywhere.

I love this question, because my answer lets me give a short answer to all the things which so often seem to require so much jabbering to explain.
It all comes down to sweet music, my love. Listen to the harmony of the spheres, the rhythm of your heart, the choruses of angels, the burning heat of Jimi Hendrix's guitar, feel the groove slide its way all up and down your hips and spine and in your feet, clap your hands, and feel how everything and everyone have been singing together since the beginning of time, and all other explanations just don''t seem quite good enough any more.
What is yours? Could you post it under additional details?

Everything has always been and everything will always be. We are all part of ONE, only existing in different forms at different times. There is no beginning and no end, only transformations. There is no "purpose" to life or "meaning", so it's best to just enjoy it, experience beauty, and find love where ever you can. We create our reality, because we, as humans, assign meaning and purpose to things. They would be whether we name them or not. Make the world what you want it to be while you are here. There no sense in living our short lives being grumpy.

Only here, it is real and has no safety nets to catch you once you fall.

People are not that complicated. We all want most of the same things, we only differ in how we go about obtaining them.

For me - I believe that I will get out of life, and out of existence in general, only what I put into it, and that everything I put into it matters. I have the choice to put good or bad things - "energy," if you will - into the system; for myself, I choose to do good to the best of my ability to understand what "good" is.
